Project Eye

Australasian Retail Projects' Project Eye is a web-based project status reporting system that enables clients to review the status of their recent, current and upcoming projects.

The information on the website is updated twice weekly and shows the status of the following activities:

• Receipt of project plans and plan revisions
• Quote submission and approval
• Submission and receipt of authority approvals
• Progress on construction of fitout
• Targeted and Finish dates for major milestones

Project Maintenance

Australasian Retail Projects offers a maintenance management service which includes a website facility that records and tracks maintenance work nationally for its major clients. Clients can request maintenance by either telephoning the Australasian Shopfitting Co. Maintenance Freecall Number 1800 013 500 or directly on-line by using a password to access the module dedicated to that client.

• Request maintenance on-line 24 hours a day
• Place a priority on the request
• Be issued with a maintenance job number
• Check the status of each current job

Project Defects

Full online defect tracking is available on all projects:

• Clients can notify of defects online
• Full defect descriptions and completion status available

Project Doc

Keeping track of construction documentation can be a laborious and tedious task. Project Doc provides 24-hour online access to all project documentation.

• Documentation available for all active jobs
• Current and past revisions of all documents are available
• All documents supplied in easy to use Adobe PDF format

As part of our inventory management service, clients have access to our online inventory system.
